A 25% deposit is required in advance on initial booking and is non refundable. A refundable security deposit of
£125 is required against damages.

All cheques should be made payable to Suzanne MacKinnon.

Final balance and security are due 60 days before arrival. Final balance is also non refundable except in
extreme circumstances.

There is a surcharge of £38 per week for pool heating, if required, payable with the booking balance. Use of the
jacuzzi is free of charge.

Bookings normally begin Saturdays 3.00pm to Saturday departure 10am.

The villas can be leased singly out of high season and the remaining villa will remain unoccupied for the privacy of the guest. During July and August, we can only lease the villas together. We also have a daily rate ( min. stay 2 nights ) of £46.00 for each villa, from Nov to April. There is no charge for towels and bed linen, but we ask you to bring your own beach towels. There is a secure lock up system for your valuables at no extra charge—only applicable to villa Rosa.

A small welcome pack is provided for guests staying for a minimum of one week, plus seasonal fruits from our finca when available. We can provide BBQs and meals if required plus maid service at extra charge. Pool cleaning is carried out daily. We must remind you that transport is essential for our location. Access is easy and a bus route is nearby, but it may spoil your visit. Mountain bikes can also be hired from us.
