A 25% deposit is required in advance on initial booking and is non refundable. A refundable security deposit of
£125 is required against damages.

All bed linen (except baby), welcome pack for weekly bookings, white house towels (except beach towels), hire of 100 DVDS, 2 high chairs for babies, 2 travel cots/beds for babies, 24 HR broadband connection (need laptop), winter heating, final cleaning are free of charges

Final balance and security are due 60 days before arrival. Final balance is also non refundable except in
extreme circumstances.

There is a surcharge of £38 per week for pool heating, if required, payable with the booking balance. A similar charge of £30 per week is also made for the outdoor jacuzzi.

The villas can be leased singly out of high season. During July and August, we can only lease the villas together. We also have a daily rate ( min. stay 2 nights ) of £46.00 for each villa, from Nov to April. There is no charge for towels and bed linen, but we ask you to bring your own beach towels.

A small welcome pack is provided for guests staying for a minimum of one week, plus seasonal fruits from our finca when available. We can provide BBQs and meals if required plus maid service at extra charge. Pool cleaning is carried out daily. We must remind you that transport is essential for our location. Access is easy and a bus route is nearby, but it may spoil your visit.
