Casa Palma has two bedrooms, a bathroom with full bath, bidet, hair drier, etc., kitchen, dining room and lounge and its own private patio with sun shade, table and chairs. The lounge has a wood burning stove and a good selection of books, satellite Sky TV, internet broadband access and DVD player. We have furnished the house in a simple, but attractive Andalucian style. The property is on one level with a gated, stepped entrance. It is suitable for disabled persons if they can manage the two small steps at the second entrance. It is safe for children, because they will be unable to leave the confines of the house and patio and stray to the poolside unnoticed.. The main bedroom has a double bed the second bedroom has twin beds and there are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for long term living. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer, electric fan assisted oven, gas hob and extractor fan, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, wine rack, etc., There are ceiling fans in every room and mosquito screens on the windows. We provide additional portable fans if wanted. During cooler, winter months, we supply duvets and room heaters. There is plenty of space to dry clothes and each house has its own iron and ironing board.

Villa Rosa has three bedrooms and is also laid out on one storey, although there is a step inside the house leading to the sleeping area, which would make the house difficult for a disabled person. There are two shower bathrooms in this property. There is a double bed in one room, two twins in each of the other rooms and all have fitted wardrobes with plenty of books again to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen, though small, is perfectly formed and well equipped, having a large refrigerator / freezer, free standing cooker, washing machine, ironing board, iron, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, etc., This house also has satellite TV, internet broadband access, Playstation 2, portable CD/MP3 player and a video player. There is a private patio, table, chairs and large sun awning. All bed linen and towels are provided, although we ask you to bring your own beach towels. We provide our guests, who have a week minimum booking, with a small welcome pack on arrival and any seasonal produce from the finca,- avocados, plums, mandrarins, tomatoes, lemons, oranges, kumquats, satsumas, etc.

Outside Outdoor living is a way of life here in Spain and we hope that you will enjoy the beautiful views, the flowers, the scenery as much as we do. Sipping a Tinto de Verano ( wine of the Summer ) whilst reclining in the soothing jets of the 6 seat Jacuzzi, looking up at the mountains or the clear stars, unpolluted by town light, is an unforgettable experience, not to be missed. We live on site, next door, but unseen from your accommodation. Last year we added a Jacuzzi area with further gardens, fish ponds and a bar for guest use only – this area is open Monday and Thursday night from 6.00pm. Guests may bring their own drinks to this comfortable venue. For this year, pool heating was added. We can raise the temperature from 16 to 27 degrees if required,. There is a small extra optional charge for this.

There are few neighbours to bother you. From the highest of the three terraces, you can see the bay of the Costas and Torremolinos and in the second week of August, you can even enjoy the night time fireworks of Malaga’s big annual feria or fiesta from the balcony. There are lovely, mature Mediterranean style gardens to the rear of the houses with a quaint, shaded patio area. In front of the villas, is a third sun bathing terrace which is huge and can accommodate many guests for parties, weddings, etc., and a built in BBQ area with outdoor, shaded seating for twelve or more, perfect for long, lazy afternoon dining or midnight suppers. This terrace is normally laid out with comfortable wooden sun beds and tables for our holidaymaking guests to enjoy. There are more gardens to the side of the houses.
